When a gamer goes to a shop they have choices to choose from being a handheld or console. The person who bought a handheld could have bought a console and the person who bought a console could have saved his/her money and got a handheld.

Here is a example the "3ds is stomping vita in that chart" This was going on last gen with the DS and PSP conversations so when the 3DS becomes old and Nintendo releases a new handheld system then the Vita is going to be on top of the 3DS.

PSP is really the ultimate handheld. Its magic ? Free games that are on different platforms. This thing was a Ouya before that existed.
