Microsoft is trying hard to lose dev support. Any cross platform game is a no go because of the policies of Xbox Live and that has to be disappointing to their customers. Meanwhile PlayStation will get to play alongside PC players with games like Warframe, Planetside2, FFXIV: ARR and more.
I can think of plenty of reasons to not own one, and it all has to do with the recent history and reputation of Microsoft and Xbox. You would have to have been born this year to not know what I'm talking about.
Microsoft deserves the beating they are receiving, many more heads need to roll before I will ever consider trusting them.
Watch closely Microsoft. This is how it's done.

Most FPS are a joke anymore thanks mostly to CoD's success. Can we even lean around corners in today's shooters or is that not cool anymore? I guess when you have radar in the top right corner showing you where everyone is you don't need it.

This generation hasn't even started. My small circle of friends and the 25+ people logged everyday on my PS3 friends list haven't even gotten a PS4 yet.
If you don't think PS4 is going to dominate this generation, you don't know PlayStation.
Sell your Xbox before E3, while its still worth something.
Glad when this launches and we don't have to hear about it anymore. Nothing worse than a mediocre shooter getting all of this hype. Developers will start thinking we are bigger fools than previously thought and push more of these generic multiplayer only shooters out the door.
Poor Xbots get smacked around like a ping pong ball. Between Microsoft and "trusyworthy" dev's or between paid Youtubers and the sea of PlayStation fans I'm not sure many of them know which way is up or down anymore.
Trust me when I say PS fans could care less about Titanfall, we just like watching ping pong sometimes.
Would be awesome to have this game and a PS4.
Its all about the games and PS has a rich history of great games. Even if the PS4 was the less powerful of the two it would still be my choice.
Even if this was a PS exclusive I wouldn't touch it, not for $60 + DLC. Far too many good games across all platforms. I have as much excitement to play Payday 2 as I would have for Titanfall. Nothing special, at least Payday 2 is free on Plus :)
