Thats not set in Africa, its set in Afrika! It may look a very similar sort of place but if you look very closely you'll notice the "c" has been replaced with a "k" making it a completely different place!

originally they stated it was something like 8 endings, so what I believe is that they'll be 8 significantly different endings and many variations on these 8 which make it over 200.
I never heard anything about fallout untill recently, but its got loads of press that i've seen, all saying it is gunna be great. I've seem more of this game than I have Killzone, Final Fantasy and Motorstorm 2...

If you listen to thier podcast, they keep stressing how the graphics will be a lot better and that its a "work in progress".
Ratchet and clank graphics were a massive improvement on Resistance 1 so since its the same game engine (well, same engine with improvements) the graphics should be equivilant to, or better than the Ratchet graphics.
