@ninsigma: I think it'd had been a bold move for the game, many would've hated the devs for it, but it was a pretty nice plot point, almost all the great games has a love story one way or another.
Btw... Uncharted's Nathan Drake has a sexuality tag from the beginning, He's straight to Elena... So you just contradict yourself saying that you don't need to know it. They made it that way because it adds drama in to the picture and they used it very well, all the games centers on Nate's getting in dangerous situation and Elena worrying about him.
Well in case of Tomb Raider I think they had a missed opportunity with SAM, the writer of the reboot said she wanted to make Lara a Lesbian and Sam was the perfect match, the trilogy that just ended could have had a love story ending in tragedy, I was just thinking that yesterday... After Sam got half possessed with a goddess she could've went a bit unique and Trinity could use her to make the whole apocalypse thing... Ending in Lara killing her loved one because of Sam's loosing cont...

They don't mention the year to have a window in case any of those games are delayed (Not usually done by Sony, but they have a title or two with delays) Besides I'm not judging the video or the release, I'm judging the article putting extra words and dates where there's not.

Well, let's see if even Square begins to make more games with their Engine, right now it's just used by FFXV. I think it's a good engine, but looks like is pretty hard to develop for.
Looks like it's easier to make games on Unreal, Luminous Engine is such a mess! And if I'm not mistaken it was just like KH3, they started with Luminous and change to Unreal in mid development.
The whole marketing strategy is towards the new colabs with disney, they now have all the worlds that people was asking for and then some. I'm sure there'll be FF characters, but not in the marketing phase.

Maybe, just maybe. And if it happens, the developer should stop with the whole "Cinema chapter thing" it was like chapter 3... movie... chapter 4... movie... chapter 5 short and lackluster gameplay with QTE for bosses, chapter 6... long movie.
I get why there's a lot of bad talk about this game... but just look at that thing it looks FUN AS HELL! And it's anything like Destiny, there's not Destiny in it, from the fact that's 3rd person, the way the fly works, the world built and that it seems to have an actual story.
