with the exception of a couple...first person shooters are not the best kind of game to play if youre looking for storytelling
maybe, maybe not...im huge fan of the metal gear frachise so i enjoyed each and everyone...personally i think they should stop the series now but at the same time i dont want them to... i thought all the plot twists were brilliant and never have i seen a video game with a more complex story like metal gear but i agree somewhat with what youre saying...
edit: and i agree about mgs and mgs3...if the series would have continued and kept it simple yet complex at the same time as th...
youre playing the wrong games spielberg...heavenly sword, uncharted, metal gear solid 1 to 4, god of war 1 and 2, indigo prophecy among others are the games you should be looking at...awesome experiences...and thats the difference..."experiences "...personally as a older gamer i want "experiences"..if i just wanted to play games i'd play multiplayer heavy games like call of duty and what not..which i do dont get me wrong but the games i listed above are just a couple examp...
honestly im surprised but not surprised at the same time...pacific rift is a great sequel...still playing it...got about 9 more races for each zone to go...got all gold medals so far haha lots of fun...trophies are pretty difficult though...loving all the awesome racing goodness on ps3...gt5p, motorstorm 2 and wipeout hd but back on topic evolution deserves it job well done
as long as the rest of these great titles hit a million thats all that matters...sure it would be nice to have one game do 5 million in a week or something but if you think about it...that 5 million can be spread across 5 different games for sony...1 mill for lbp 1 mill for resistance 2 and so on and so forth

im with both of you here...multiplayer is cool and all but it does not need to be in every single game...i love single player experiences and its one of the reasons why i prefer the ps3 because they offer those awesome single player experiences...last night i was playing prince of persia and one of my buddies messaged me asking if the game was good and i told him yeah its great he should try it...he then asked if it had any online multiplayer and i was like what the hell lol but back on topic...
im still waiting for one title to blow the dust off my 360
they deserve it...the game is awesome cant wait for the dlc!
