The quality in Japan-made games have dropped significantly, PS4 and XBox One are very powerful consoles, and Japanese companies are focusing on giving those two consoles garbage like this, very few of are doing what they do best, from the days of Shinobi/Contra/Ico/Bloody Roar/Soukiden/Onimusha to visual novels, garbage featuring stupid-looking high school girls, but hey, nothing can be done, every region have different tastes, but damn, this is as weird and stupid as it gets.
In videogames, everything is a controversy, smh.

When people talk about 30-60fps, they're talking about frames per second aka performance, not first person shooters fool, go play some Pokemon, lol.
Actually, Forza has always being 60fps with the exception of Horizon, and isn't graphically a big of a leap from F4. The real test will be with the new Halo, which according to MS at last year's E3, will run at 60fps, it remains to be seen, one month away.
