Yuffie was supposed to have a bigger role and story arc in the original but it was cut due to development time, apparently she was supposed to stalk Cloud from the start so her being in Midgar might have been the original intention from the start.

Rockstar always have been on a league of their own when it comes to city simulation, its basically their specialty, Cyberpunk is a RPG with focus on different things, would i have liked a more sophisticated city, sure, but what i have been playing is functional enough to let me enjoy the game's true strengths, there is a lot to like in Cyberpunk when it is functioning as it should. Great atmosphere and story set pieces to mention a few. The game will get better.

I don't play on xbox but i think they did a masterful job on their backwards compatibility going back three generations as i'm all for game preservation, i can definitely see the appeal of that added to the modern stuff.

I-frames means invincibility frames and happens in the dodge/roll animation, the lighter your character is the more i-frames he'll have, also the roll will be faster and longer hence why you will see many players dealing with hard bosses without any armor at all. However i'm not suggesting you play without armor, its a balance act.
