Playing Devil's Advocate, some would say the 360 Arcade unit for $150 (after rebates) is the best deal.
It was pretty smart of Sony to combine a new SLIM version of the console AND lower the price as well. It's like getting better technology for a lower value. How often does that happen with Nintendo's many versions of GameBoy or DS? Sadly, they should have done the same with PSP Go!
It was a pretty fair breakdown of costs for each system. Biased? Maybe. But to me it was speaking the truth. Disagree if you want.
GT is the best racing sim and got hundreds of cars. The answer is obvious.

... and that's why everyone's limited edition green halo xbox 1 is replaced with regular xbox 1. oops it's not. lots of people have reported their special 360 they won from contests were swiped for regular ones. This kid won an 360 with signatures from the halo team but it came back wiped clean. so "no" it's not required by law. The team heard about and did re-sign the case though.
Well, flash memory is better than HD. No moving parts makes it last longer.

I don't know why people hate on Fanboys. They are loyal supporters of their favorite brands. What's wrong with that? Do you hate people who shop name brand clothing? Do you label them bad names like Nike fanboys or Versache fanboys or followers of popular TV shows as 30 Rock fanboys. No! Those companies/shows come out with quality product. Excuse them for being popular and have a following. Fanboy is derogatory. We just know what we like and want those products to do well too.

@Xlll - Seems you love defending Capcom. Tell me this, did you buy those costume packs? Was it worth it to you (another $12-25) even though what you paid for were unlock keys for content that pre-existed on the game disk you paid $60 for.
@Xlll - That's the point. ODST is an over-priced expansion pack. If you still had your 360, I'm sure you would have gotten that too to prove how hardcore you are.
I'm not trying to pick on you, but I'm just trying to expose the mentality a lot of fans put themselves through to defend these money-grubbing moves publishers pull.

Parents just want a beefy system they can get the cheapest possible. Arcade is that. Do they need Hard Drive? Sure. But that doesn't mean parents have to rush out and get one for them.
