Nice score! Can't wait for Tuesday.
Uh they are....
I believe whenever a film studio wants to buy the rights of the ip and make a film out of it, then that means it's being taken very "seriously".
No offense to Obama, but I feel like my child can learn more from playing Portal, than he can than in school/books/movies, etc.
Also I like the fact he specifically mentioned "videogames", and not t.v. Because god knows it's okay for our children to watch Jersey Shore, but it's DEFINITELY not okay for them to play a game like Red Dead Redemption.
This just shows how many people are still out of touch with the gaming community (especially gu...
So...are they expecting some reaction from us?
To quote Eric Cartman from Southpark: "Yessss, yeahhh, yessssss, oh yesssssssss."

Hey! Easy there Cliff, tons of people will still remember you for Jazz Jackrabbit!
What games have you been playing Jack? Nearly all games today are about that length.
Well think about it this way;
Would you rather play a 20 hour game that's boring, tedious, and repetitive.
OR
Would you rather play 8-10 hour game that's fast, action packed, and always keeps you on the edge?
Game of the year candidate? Reading that review makes me think yes
It's not just good. It's feckin incredible. Wish more games were as unique as this. reviewers can suck it for all I care.
Darkhorse GOTY 2011
Gone. Thanks to COD fans.
Now, when a REAL platformer comes, reviewers rag it on like no tomorrow for NO F'IN REASON! (honestly have to clue why reviewers were dicks to Alice 2.).
Because of them platformers are gonna be extinct. That's why N4G'ers you have to prove with your wallet to EA that people still want platformers!
Buy Alice 2 guys!!
Really awesome game. Really confused as to how it has a metacritic lower than Homefront, but whatever. That's the current gaming industry for ya'. If it doesn't have guns, or micheal bay set pieces than it's a 6/10 for u!!!!!
I'd have to agree with others as well. Goty candidate for me as well. Real sleeper hit, that came out of no where. Real unique as well. It's like a mixture of Tim Burton to the power of 100.
Glad I could help Son_Lee. You really should play it when you get the chance to though. I fear that many will simply skip this game because of the score, when they might be missing out on one of them best gaming experiences this year.
I like gamefly...except for the fact it takes SO DAMN LONG to get to my house.
So if I send a game back it 3, 4, sometimes 5 days for it to get back to them. Then it takes another 3, 4, 5 days for me to recieve my next game. So before I play another game I have to wait around 6-10 days...funny they don't mention that part. Then if it's weekend, well post offices are closed then, and your stuck with another day.
It creates a mess.
Than...
The game is around 20 hours give or take. There's alot of collectibles in the game, and lots of unlockables like artwork and such. So if you wanted to collect everything, and basically do everything there's to do then no doubt it'll be 25+ hours. There's much to do besides the main story....
Also your packaged with the first American McGee's Alice which also is a 20+/- experience.
Really long game to be honest, a bit surprised by that.
Are you serious? Please tell me that's a joke...:/
You really should play Alice 2 though. The reviewers..man. Dark horse for goty in my books. You really should at least TRY it. Quite a unique experience, especially if you miss platformers like Banjo Kazoie.
Oh come on, parents let kids watch Jersey Shore which has just as much sex as a GTA game. The problem is that, for some STRANGE reason the adults who have never played a video game in there life think that playing violent video games will AFFECT them so much. The blunt truth is that if you let your kids watch tv, they're bound to see the same amount of violence and sex they play in a video game.
I'm not trying to defend video games, and say "Naw, it's okay t...
