bu i think the graphics on this looks quite poor in respect to what everyone is saying, there is too much green and brown and its very jaggy, although i cant fault the game play, oh ye who ordered the 42" panasonic, its pointless, games are optimized to be played on 26" screens, anything bigger just stretches the picture, oh and another thing, running your console through a vga cable and a pc monitor is much better than any hdmi output, if you dont believe me, try it!

that the ps3 version is getting up to scratch but wasnt the unique selling point of the ps3 was that it was supposed to be a super console, true next gen, blow the 360 out of the water, 120 fps mega beast, yet its taken well over a year for games to start to look on par?

The f*&k are dvd reveiws been posted on a gaming site? Pro ps3 people are desperate, its not just this article though, all i see are "10 reasons to get a ps3, 10 reasons to not get an xbox, why the ps3 is superior etc etc so on and so forth" sony dont need to employ marketing staff, they just blag you lemmings into doing the job for them,it would be so nice to see positive articles about every console. each console have good points as well as bad points, be a gamer not a fan boy...
How can anyone say that third party support isnt important, 98% of a consoles libary are 3rd party support, are you ps3 owners play the same 5 games the rest of your life, and its not like any of them are good at the moment either, warhawk, yes we all know that there are a couple of decent games in the wing but then what? all you will have are inferior multiplatform games which you will get 3 months after the 360 version which by then, the 360 will be on its next batch of games.

In my opinion the ps3 needs all the games it can get at the moment, and all those who say "well who cares its a remake, the ps3 is too good for remakes", well what about ff7 that everyone has been creaming over, thats even older than this game. Remakes are a cop out and should be banned though, they are just made to rip people off, keep an eye out for bully directors cut next time!

Let me re iterate my opinion, the world not so long ago, binned billions of pounds/dollars of VHS videos due to the invasion of dvd, now again the world has spent even more billions upon billions of pounds/dollars in replacing their old collection that they just binned, do you realy think that the world is prepared to do it once again? both blue ray and/or hd dvd will have to wait another 10 years before people will take them on board and by that time we will have quadruple laired hd micro dv...
But the over all factor about gaming is games,speaking as an average joe most people arent interested in wi fi, hd, size of hard drives etc all they want to do is play games, and leave the multi media stuff to pc's, this is one of the reasons why the wii is doing so well, all you can do is play games, that is why they are known as games consoles.
Gamers and techno freaks care about things like this, most people dont even know what 1080p means so it doesnt really matter to most of the gaming market how the game runs just as long as the games are good
Its just my opinion, but i did play it on a standard tv so i guess that didnt help, as for the 26" screen comment, my mate who for team 17 told me and having a look myself i have to agree
