LOL at the fad comment, the console is outselling the two combined 2:1, fads just dont really do that, not for as long as this has been happening, as for xbox in trouble, we are not seeing the ps3 kicking ass, sure worldwide figures show that it is selling more currently but were not talking massive numbers
I cant understand why people take these things to heart, i am sure there are more important things in life than getting upset over games becoming timed exclusives, it just means more people get to play great games, like bioshock for example.
Its not like i wont be coming out on the ps3, you just have to wait a while longer(again)
What would have been funnier is if FF13 was released on the 360 as a timed exclusive, i think i would have literally p1ssed my pants! anyway back to the story, i hope this games isnt your basic turn based rpg, although i have enjoyed lost oddysey and blue dragon, i need something new from the jrpg's

stfu, every ps3 noob went on how this that and the other was going to kill the xbox 360, so denial is a river in egypt, as for mgs4, if i wanted to watch cut scenes i would go to block busters and rent out final fantasy spirits witin, i like to PLAY games not watch them, especially for 80 minutes plus per scene and finally lynsey lohan is beautiful, but she is still a skank, but hey hey hey (pun intended) if this game floats your boat then thats your choice, but please dont get all derogitory...

Actually i went to university too, i am an accountant by profession i got a 2:1 from Leeds University, and yes i have played all the previous 3 MGS, I just hated the cut scenes, far too long and they went on a tangent i didnt understand "hence the donnie darko comment", i thought the game play was good but not as good as splinter cell (apart from MGS1, that for its time was revolutionary and very addictive) i just dont feel that numbers 2 and 3 improved on the first one,
Didnt they learn you metaphors at school? what i mean by that is that mgs4 will be hours of nonsensicle dribble that will leave you thinking "WTF" after (cut scenes), although this is no disresepct to the actual game play, i saw an extended preview over the weekend and the gameplay looks pretty decent

Halo 3's multiplayer is the best around, COD 4 had the initial "wow" factor but is now boring, where as Halo 3 always seems fresh and exciting

No i dont think so either, in the previous months when these figures showed the ps3 with the higher numbers all that was posted on these threads was how the 360 is dead etc etc etc and now it shows the 360 selling better then all of a sudden its lame and its only the 360 fanatics will be readng? the double standards on here is rather amusing
