What are you talking about? Investment implies future returns. How on earth is the Wii U a better investment than a next gen console? I'm not even disagreeing with your opinion that it's games to date are better than what PS4/Xbox one are offering but do you really think that's going to be the case in 2015/2016? Nintendo makes great, underline great games but it's difficult to recommend a console with no third party support. You sir would make a very poor stock broker.

The Xperia Z1 compact looks super dope. I wish it would come to the US. This is totally my personal opinion but this is the first Android phone that I've been interested in.

I really want to play this game. I love the Ys series. I know its been around forever but my first exposure to Ys was on the psp. Hooked. Played all the psp incarnations. I was really excited to see the vita versions visuals. I'd be lying if I said that i wasn't a tiny bit disappointed. Maybe screens don't do it justice. Still am buying it. I'm sure the gameplay is there, here's hoping that it looks nice as well.
Everyone knows that if it were going to run at 1080p on the Xbone Techland would have already released a statement affirming that. People (games press, fanboys) will try to spin that 1080p doesn't matter, that you won't see the difference anyway. If the shoe was on the other foot all you would hear all day long is how inferior the sony hardware is.

I've been using remote play quite a bit. I agree with others that it's probably not the best for fps or anything too twitchy but for busy work in Assassins Creed 4 I think it's awesome. I've found at least half of all chests and animus fragments while watching netflix. I understand why Larry Hyrb would knock it but for an average consumer/gamer it's totes sweet. I guess some people are just haters.

Precise control inputs and stellar design is what makes Nintendo great. Especially old Nintendo. Porting those classics to the mobile space would absolutely break what makes them classics in the first place. If you want portable versions of old Nintendo games buy a 3DS. Everyone else is. Guess what. The majority of launch PS4 consoles will be sold to gamers in or around their early thirties. Quite a few of them will have children. I am 34 with two young daughters. I enjoy playing games with them. Both my wife and I have decent careers. The sixty dollar price tag is more than worth it for the hours of fun I'll have with my kids. Even if the game is mediocre that's ok with me.

Anyone who thinks Far Cry 3 comes anywhere near Far Cry 2 really doesn't underestand what makes games great. Far Cry 3 is boring and iterative. Questioning the value of a thing is so subjective. I think these both look pretty dope but if another person says the idea of throwing $3.49 at something that they probably won't see very often is ridiculous who am I to argue.
