They see how many 9 AAA titles on ps3 are getting downgraded for watever reason. There not saying that there review is right but compared to average and the most anticipated Ps3 games, they always get lower scores than they should.
Personally No game deserves a ten and all games should be graded equaly not on hype. For Example COD 4 has no Co-Op. Why Killzone 2 gets bashed for Not having Co-Op and COD doesn't.
