That people give great reviews of shitty games all the time. so when a good game gets criticized for not having the best possible graphics that a give n system can handle, people base visuals on graphics not actual looks.
Let me point out that every year a call of duty game comes out and a battlefield-esce game comes out and these cookie cutter games always get nominated for game of the year, not because they are vastly improved but because shooter junkies cant tell when they are playing the same game over and over and just pay an extra 60 bucks every year for an exorbitantly not new game. NO COD should ever get Game of the year or best original anything since nothing about it is original.

You really should try to look at it from a business perspective. If owned a business, especially retail, you would look for anything to make buyers want to come to you over competition. If this does get approved for some strange reason it should be a rumor, not news! Unless there is a press release from Square-enix this should not be news!! We will be seeing Versus XIII this year at E3, I am willing to bet on it.
to whoever disagreed, go back on the ffxiii list and you will find the article from square stating that they had to remove half of the game in order to get it on xbox, and I'm sure they said that part of it was a casino... so right there is evidence that 13-2 was already far along in production as part of the original 13.
Keep in mind that almost half of 13 was taken out because of the conversion to the 360 so they already had much of 13-2 in mid process which is why it was finished so quickly. its just another case of the matrix, how there was originally supposed to be only two movies but the second was split into two to allow a more complete telling of the story. and to assist production cost needs.

I seriously doubt it, it won't be a remake, it will be a remaster, in japanese there isn't a clear differential term for each, most likely a rebuild would be the term used, and re invented would most lilely be the term used for a remake.
1. 7 is over rated, granted it was ahead of its time.
2. 10 is being remastered not remade
3. It would take 10 years at least to get 7 "remade" and who knows what technology we will be using then.
