I've put about 20+ hours into the game so far and I would have easily rated a 9.0 There is alot in this game and it all flows fairly well. There are a few things (like any game) that could be improved upon however, the bottom line is-the game is fun and very addicting. I choose this over madworld for the time being. I could have beat Madworld nearly five times by now for the time I have spent in Rune Factory!

ya I got a Jasper back in December. Its a much more quieter unit. Hoperfully it will last because I dont plan on buying a new console anytime soon. I also had the old unit that had no problems, just noisy as hell.
I think I play 360 most, wii second but only because the games are deeper and longer on the 360.

Nintendo had do to what they did. Hardcore gamers abandoned Nintendo with the gamecube. The GC was more powerful than the PS2 and had tons of hardcore games. We phucked the big N and they phucked us back. Its always been a bitter sweet relationship. I like my Wii well enough but if It was my only console I might be hurting.
I don't plan to upgrade unless they abandon the 360 like they did the original xbox. If they stay, I'll stay, simple as that. The PS2 owners know this better than anyone, they have got their money's worth many times over and whats surprising is that their still making PS2 games, thats value.
Ok, so it is true that Microsoft offers cheap asses like me a better value. With the xbox arcade I can atleast play my favorite games for $200. What sucks however, is that Microsoft does charge a ridiculous price for add-ons, hence the outrageous price of the wireless network adapter that few alternatives are able to replace. This would great to get. Unfortunately, MS doesn't care if people get live or not since they have to charge $100 for a wireless adapter that costs about $5-10 to make. Yes, you can use the original xbox adapter but good luck finding one, amazon is backed up for 2-3 more months.

The wii isn't going away anymore than the PS3 is. It's not a novely you idiot. Look at the list of 2009 and the momentum its building with developers. That in addition to Nintendos own franchises, and you have a significantly stronger concoction to the company's already dominant status. Just accept it, the wii is here to stay whether you want it or not. Embrace it with your other systems and you will be fine.

Not sure what all the fuss has been about from the very beginning. I mean this is about as stupid as arguing over owning a DVD player or having a Blu-ray, the difference in choices is so small that it hardly even matters. All systems have good games, even the wii, and not everyone has the cash to have all three at once, so aren't we all just fanboys of videogames? I don't get it.
The playstation brand isn't going anywhere for the foreseable future. It could happen (ahem, sega) but Sony is still selling well enough where this just isn't even an option right now. As of lately, the PS3 has become the gamecube of this generation, which sure the hell didn't stop Nintendo from coming back from the dead with a vengence.

I have a 360 and Wii and I honestly play the wii more. Ya I'm probably the exception, but I have found many good games on wii. Im not really a casual gamer either as I like playing metroid, ToS, Rune Factory, Zelda, ect. Some people seem to forget all these good games that are on the wii.
