Well said. I don't think I've ever given positive feedback but you deserve a "bubble" as they say.
If I actually took the time to read an inscription on some stone in the setting of a game, I would definitely feel like a huge nerd. Even more so if I didn't know the language and actually took the time to translate it.
It's also pretty funny how people think they can type something and go to a website translator and it would be translated perfectly. Many things do get lost in translation.
For example.
The Red Car translates to (The)El (Red)Rojo (Car)Carro...
Not only that. They are using that kid that played Tom Cruise's son on War of the Worlds as Goku. Come on!
I do not think this movie will work at all if it's live action. When dealing with things like this, it should always be CG. Beowulf looked amazing and I think movies like the rumored Gears of War and God of War should be done in the same CG style.
He freaking created God of War! He does walk on water in my eyes. After making such an incredible game he should be able to put everything else down.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing another WWII CoD. What I would love is that they try to do something different like Resistance: Fall of Man. Not exactly like R:FoM but something different set in WWII.
Pretty sure that is because the Xbox versions of those games came out months after the PS2 versions. More development time most likely equals better graphics in some situations.
I don't know if GTA IV is being developed for a console and ported to the other but I hope not. Infinity Ward was smart in developing Call of Duty 4 simultaneously for each console. Ports never work out too well.
I really wish they would do something similar to this for games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band. It would be amazing being able to play your own songs with the guitars, drums, etc.
I can already imagine playing "Transmission" or "She's Lost Control" by Joy Division with a plastic guitar in hand. Nice.
