You can't install anything. The game engine uses the hi-res data from the disc whilst filling in other metadata from the web using your internet connection; essentially splitting the work load of texture rendering between the 360 and the online servers. If the game was installed, the 360 would have to unload all the code and the game would be significantly degraded in quality.
