Fallout 4 is a 10/10 in my opinion.
Look at old COD prices on STEAM compared to console. Hell MW3 on PC is $40 on STEAM but you can easily find $5 copies on console.
This review is a step in the wrong direction.
All you have to do is lower the AA in the options from 4x to 2x and the performance is fine.
