Is important to notice that the success of Spider-Man was due to the collaboration of Marvel, Insomniac and Sony. Give an Avenger game to another studio, for example EA or Activision, and the quality and success will vary significantly.
I vote for Marvel to allow Sony to keep doing that special quality treatment.

PS4 has been not only dominating NDP but the whole world market for 6 years in a row.
While it is good for Nintendo, it would be so out of perspective to forget the PS4 is still the console king of the market and is starting to slow down NOW after 6 years. That's incredible and the Switch is very far away to achieving something like this.

The Nintendo 64 was the reason I switched to PS1. Back in the day I was a Nintendo fan and it was my primary only console. but the lack of games were too big. I decided to try the PS1 and til this day, never returned back to Nintendo as a primary console.
And now PSVR is dominating the VR market and is having strong VR support . If higher specs was the reason for Nintendo to stop the project, then they better bury it because with PSVR 2, things are going to get even better.
The growth that Sony had YoY is very impressive considering the PS4 is like 6 years old. 2020 is going to be even greater with the PS5 release.

Xbox one x is more powerful and yet it doesn't have any game that looks as brilliant as God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last of Us 2 or Ghost of Tsushima.
