Well both of the multiplayers are considered unneccessary but they both have fairly crucial elements to the singleplayer plot. You can't get a good ending in ME3 unless you play a ton of the multiplayer (or you cheat like I had to do because there's only one game running now).
While I'm sure, on release, the multiplayer was fine but it is considered unfair to exclude single-player only players from a full experience.
Valve does what interests them. For the time being, making games is not on that list. Portal 2 was only made because some guys came up with a concept for some new mechanics and the execs thought it would be fun.
But Gordon Freeman is a mustached, 40 year old man with a degree in pushing buttons. If you fit that exact description then, fair enough, you're Gordon Freeman and that's amazing but unless that is the case, then it is you, the player, who has developed this impressionable character and not Valve. That's not a bad thing at. In fact, it's a fantastic way to play video games but it doesn't degrade Fallout 4 for having a voiced character.
The new Kingdom Hearts Mobile MMO could be announced for North American and Europe...
I was about to throw some thinly veiled insults your way, but then I saw your profile pic.
I don't know who Andy Serkis is, either...
While Revelations sucked, Ubisoft still managed to release some good games after Brotherhood.
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag was good. So was Rogue. And had Ubisoft ensured that Unity was not filled with bugs on release and maybe added a little... pizzazz to the story, Unity would have been a hit, too.
I'm a fan, I still believe if Ubisoft can get it's act together and say good-bye to the rushed yearly releases, it can salvage the franchise.
I agree with you wholeheartedly. Some of the best recent WRPGs ARE NOT AAA console games. But games such as Divinity: Original Sin, Wasteland 2, Pillars of Eternity (all games which we love) aren't released for consoles.
Console-based site.
Makes sense that it would focus on console-games, right?
Ah, thanks. Google lied to me.
It will either be Fallout 4 or a new Elder Scrolls game.
Yes still, a Beta tutorial would be a gift from the heavens.
Wanted it just as bad as well. But if it is as the PC players have been claiming, the chances of major fixes being made seem bleak.
Agreed, The freedom is one of the few appealing points of the game.
While the concept of platoons and squad coordination on PC seems very engaging, yes, random squads formed on PS4 seem mostly just as confused as other individuals.
Moreover, they often get stuck in a loop. Say attempting to capture a particular point by method A ends in getting them killed. Very often, it is noticed they will keep trying Method A to meet their ends. And this is just a small example of the extent to which the grinding can go to. In the end, you're just tir...
Exactly that! You're not alone.
Heya
Thanks for the constro-crit, I don't get enough of that.
First of all, right off the bat, I'd like to make note that the title of this post was 'Why I personally think the announcement of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is Awesome' but it was shortened to it's existing title as it was just way too long.
Secondly, I 100% agree about the justification of opinions (You should talk to some of my friends. They still can't exp...
And to think its only two episodes in. Can't imagine what the rest will be like!
Is it? It just left so much to be desired really.
We aren't IGN to get our hands on games pre-release for purposes of reviewing. Yet.
And besides, you may not quite believe it but there was a communication error between us and Capcom causing the delay. Hold 'em horses, the other episode reviews are coming. And there are always people who haven't jumped into the episodes yet aren't there?
And that's exactly the basis for my frustration. It seems like all that next-gen, more specifically the PS4, is getting are low-budget games with only part of them done right.
The other big-budget games are commonly all flash and no show. Yet. It's disappointing given the amount of potential the systems have.
For 4 to 9, try letting the game run when you get to a turn and see what happens.
