They are working on this crap and I still dont see individual instruments on store shelves yet. Wow, great priorities there.
Halo is a bit over-hyped. I dont care what multiplayer modes and/or tools it has, I care about gameplay first. COD4 nailed it.
Online gaming does not use a lot of bandwidth. People who use a lot of bandwidth are those who download movies and "warez". These people are the main targets of these policy changes.
Take WoW for example... You can play it decently with a 56k modem. Lets say you play 8 hours a day or even more...you still wont even register on your ISP's radar for excessive bandwidth usage.
Then again, im on DSL so I could saturate the pipe 24x7 and my ISP wouldnt even ...
