As a firearm owner, I can agree with this.
I can probably bet there's something about exploiting the software in the ToS that the user has to agree to. At the point in time where the user broke his end of the ToS, he/she were automatically guilty.
Yea, with stock settings, Skyrim made me a bit uneasy. I had to tweak the settings until I found something that completely got rid of the nausea factor. Turn up the strength on your "tunnel vision" while running/turning.
