You know, I have a GeForce GTX 275 that I purchased as an emergency upgrade when my 8800 GTS died. I like the card, and it's quite capable, but the 5870 would beat its ass and steal its lunch money.
Now AMD is releasing a card with double the pleasure, double the fun, for 25% less than what I would need to do that now? G'damn, where do I sign up?
This card would crush damn near anything I can think of on any display you throw at it. 2560? No problem.
