They are very different games. Persona is incredible and on a whole other league, but, Disgaea is an absolute joy to play.
For some reason I highly doubt this XD. Maybe vita, and I say maybe very loosely. If any game needs to promote specs, Disgaea 5 is not the one. Needless to say I am very excited since Disgaea is the best published NIS series by far.

It probably has been going on for awhile. It has just come to my attention recently, however. Previews may sometimes feature a controlled environment showing the best of what a game has to offer though when shown the conclusions drawn and the way certain publications attack a preview is unwarranted. It's true that 2014 wasn't Vita's finest year, but, these were the games I had the most fun with on Vita this year. I love Borderlands on console, however, the vita version was very un-optimized. The game was buggy and the frame-rate was sub 30 nearly the entire way through. While far more ambitious than most of these titles, I don't believe a broken game should make it into the top 10 list.
