The graphics of this yet unreleased so called ps3 is ok, but wont ever be better than the XBOX 360's. I mean it cant, it doesnt have the power. Power to even keep it from bottlenecking even now after 2+ years of it. You probably wont see it's release even this year do to it's numerous faults as it's inherent errors are going to keep it from ever out performing the power of the X! Sorry, it's just facts. There has to be a ps3 before there can be a version but a ported version would be good I guess. You'd have slightly better visuals but is it worth buying if you already have it, NO!
I mean delay's delay's delay's, when are you really going to see a working ps3 and it's actually playing a game and not a hidden XBOX 360 or a PC playing it. They need to do an all new version for the XBOX 360 or atleast let everyone know that a HL3 is on it's way but we need original episodic content and not ports.
You'll love the game play but travel time can be very slow. My mech is loaded and awesome, I havent played online yet as I'm using the single story as my training device but I love it but yeah travel time is a bit to slow, I hope that;s changed in the future, maybe add a feature such as retrace steps that have occured since past save if needed in the blink of an eye. But I gave this so far an 8.0, I think online will kick it up a notch!!!!
Japan is only a small part of it and I wanna say and i promise that the XBOX 360 will improve greatly in sales by mid spring 2007 based on the upcoming games so it's ok that japan will be the slow stepchild to come round. The rest of the world will be playing with the "Power of the X" and a few will be bottlenecking with the uhmm power of the ps3, lol !!!!!
Again, this is a great game and I'm sure the online content will be great but........Again, enough with the friggin ports, Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!!!

If someone had the maps and was only rushing through then maybe but you'll see most people will be over 10 true hours of "saved" game play. Online gaming is where the money truley is and will be it's becoming less about single story campaign's and more about online teaming etc... It's almost now like the single story is just for practice for online play and eventually it will be more and more like this, maybe some designers wont do this which is good like as in saints row, the onlin...
There's so much that they did right with this game and for such an early release still. I'm buying it in about 30 minutes from my EB games. Looks hella crazy!!!!
This could just of been an early demo release that basically only has boss/ending chapter fights. I "HIGHLY" doubt so much would of been put into something so short. Give it a few days of "REAL" people playing the game.
If you havent seen the video's yet, watch them. There seeming to do COD2 justice but the proof will be in the online demo's that evolve for us. I believe they'll have something marginally superior to the last and with added options in your strategy's will make it much better to play. I think it's all going to come down to the maps that they give us to play. I can see everything else will be better but it's coming down to maps and the freedoms that were given.
I do believe that this is going in the right direction though. I know MS is considering that the next XBOX system to which I'll call XBOX ALIVE will be both a PC compatible and Console gaming system.
It would make it start out with a library of millions of games, well ok not millions but mega games to be sure. I think vista is the stepping stone to that happening. Vista will sort of be the test drive if you will. MS has it going on, Oh yeah:))
I do know what your saying, they have big shoes to fill and on a "true" next gen. level but I think there doing that and much more. We'll have to see if the maps are as fun or more fun and engaging but graphically w/all the optional gameplay there adding, no problems, it's already a better game. A demo will truly tell, lets wait til then to know.
As we all still well know, the ps3 is ridden with problems still 2 being the cell isnt a game processor and still is giving terrible yields and most importantly combined with the rsx it's just bottlenecking on most every game that's being played, that's why still today we dont see "ANY" games being played or demo'd "ANYWHERE" for the supposedly soon to be released ps3. It's either on a PC or an (XBOX 360) or is just CGI so until they can play games on it w/o the bottleneck...

Many developers are closing the doors to the ps3 since it's more so a "plauge station 3" instead. Ya cant have a game released on a bottlenecking system ya just cant and that's what the current yes current july 2006 playstation is.

It's true and announced. Keep your eyes open on this site. It seems to take 3, 4 or 5 days to have the stories approved but it's true.
You'll see by friday I'd say. Ps3 will still probably get it first due to the sony pay off agreement but it's a comin:)) Well unless sony ps3 doesnt actually come out this year then we'll get it by xmas.

I was right. Also, just a note it's still "not" going to be released for the ps3 unless sony works it's bugs out in time. It just cant handle this game nor mgs4.

This is the 21st century where anything is possible with today's controllers and feels easy to use and excellent to use. If your a mostly PC player and maybe point and click is your thing, I personally am much more immersed with my controller than a point and click mouse. Yes, I could adjust to it but why go backwards in gameplay, I dont want to unless it's the games only option.
