They were basing it I'm guessing off the pre released photo's from a few months ago which in the pics the ps3 version was ahead by 3 weeks in design so that's not them nor a true statement, but we'll all see for real at release.
However as usual, the Xbox 360 version will be a bit better, you'll see.
I prefer third whenever possible.
The graphics and gameplay, well all things really, are unique and truly next gen.
It's more of a slightly dressed up kids version of "sonic the hedgehog". Not my type of game but a good one for children to be sure.
Most hardcore adult, yes 18+ gamers that I know anyway's are Xbox 360 fans as it's a more adult console, I could see the ps3 being a teens console and the Wii's a childs and or senior citizens.
They've done a great job in doing what many only speak of wanting to accomplish.
This game Assasins Creed, Fable 2, Splinter Cell Conviction and lastly Mass Effect have me really excited.
The article's reasons for the Xbox 360 weren't true at all, all were shaved to look bad by a sony fan, and then these hillarious 10 which were shaved to some how look good for sony's ps3 was a joke.
I hate one sided fan boy articles/postings.
fake, lie, fake, lie, fake, lie
There's no way to compare it to being better than BIOSHOCK nor The beast that is HALO 3.
Halo 3 will rain supreme for ever unless another HALO product fills the void. Halo Wars, maybe, or maybe a Halo 4 type of game, possibly an RPG.
Hell of a deal on a hell of a player.
It's just a pic somebody made up back in 2004 of what they guessed the new next gen. Xbox 360 would look like.
Meaning the next X console will be about 2011 or so maybe longer as the Xbox 360 is doing AWESOME!
Oh and BTW the reason 1. Unreliability is a joke now, the new 65 NM chips are already going out, my neighbor bought one Thursday and it's the new chip, super quiet super cool, doesn't even get hot to the touch even after six plus hours of play. I say well done MS:)
p.s. Sony sucks.
MS usually test there demo's for several days to a week before release to ensure a smooth download and play.
No big deal, and yeah, the game seems fun, I loved all the little krusty's running around too.
You don't change a winning formula in the same series, you make a different series to do that like Halo Wars and any new game that comes out after this series.
Damn, I hate mofo idiots like that guy.
Obviously it won't be calld Halo 4, as that's done, right?:)
I suggest they go the way of a Halo RPG series, ala Kotor fame, in fact BIOWARE would do a fantastic job and would drool at the chance.
Hey, Mass Effect is ready to go, what else they have going on, go for it BIOWARE.
HALO WARCRAFT "take off on WoW:)
PLANET HALO "this would be an all in space fight game using Halo warships"
HALO WORLD "The...
This guy is soooo full of sh1t.
BUT, I'm loving this game, it's going to encompass a lot of different types of game play as you can see from this and other vids.
A very interesting concept that looks great and will look and play better soon.
This isn't a rental, this is a must have. IW will support the hell out of this game.
This game could easily be a 9+ out of 10, or another lair failed type game. All the hype and no meat.
EA sinks or swims by this game in my book.
I'm anxiously awaiting.
I mean they could hire and train a hole new team to handle Halo duties if they wanted and still have incredible profits.
Would you give that up?
I'd like to see, besides Halo Wars, a Halo RPG like Kotor, meaning you are a new recruit, your trained from sratch and eventually you explore new worlds on a Halo spy mission as a mercinary ( Splinter Cell Fame).
Ha Ha Ha, that's just my dream game.
If anyone pays attention anymore, the Xbox 360 has I believe around 8 total exclusives, plus Halo 3 which just came out.
The character animations are a bit jerky too as well and AI is still dumb, but still I think it will be a good game to play/own.
I'm sure there's going to be a big ps3 audience for this one. Everyone likes an Indiana Jones/Tomb Raider style game.
Is there going to be Multiplayer/online game play? How long is the campaign? Do the levels vary or are most all like this one?
To the above poster: Sorry, Bioshock and Mass Effect are leaps and bounds abo...
