Although it's easy to agree with this assessment, I don't.
Now, I agree that making it easy for people to use ISOs is a problem, it's not the hackers that make gaming less fun for "normal people", it's the hardware makers that are just as guilty here. Ubisoft made PC gaming a horrible experience with their DRM schemes, yet pirates don't suffer any of that... How's that for promoting piracy.
CD Project Red REMOVED the DRM afte...
I think it's interesting... it it remains to be seen, if anything can be implemented well in a next-gen system.
Or if Sony will actually try to sell the additional controller with the console itself, next-gen. If it remains a seperate peripheral, then I don't think too many third parties will really take advantage of it. This in turn will mean that such a system will have to remain very cheap in production. Two cameras aren't expensive in itself. The algorithms ...
I still want to see more involved Move-only games. I don't mind Heavy Rain with additional Move support and such... but those games are always limited, because they cater both gamepad and Move. And pure Move game can be a VERY different.
A price cut is always good, though. Amazon Germany already "preannounced" this, more or less, too, just like the PS3 pricecut.
Absolutely (btw. Hi^^)
Makes little sense. It WOULD make sense in a game like Burnout or even GTA, but not much in a racing game.
Only Forza/360 fanboys care now that it isn't a known source... it works both ways...
God... "Americans invented the car"... tell that to a German or French guy (depends on who you ask, both tell you they did it).
Ford only made the production of cars faster, nothing else.
The German site does NOT say 26th, but still 24th of November!

Lol at Kotakuguy... a C? That's quite a stride, you are hitting there. "Least good"? With what MS and Konami showed?
If you bothered to read the article, it says exactly that! But I guess reading is overrated in this day and age...
Sure...
and watching the fanboys cry out is fun too (on both sides, that is). I rather play games than complain about some bullshit^^
Oh, I sooo agree^^
Neither in Germany nor in Austria is it available... sucks to be me :(
Well... going to sell my UK copy anyways to get the GOTY :D
Yeah frosty...
people seem to ignore, that the 360 lost MANY more exclusives in one generation than the PS did over 2, coming from the PS2 going to the PS3.
I really liked it too (played it on the PC back in the day). Need to replay it, before Heavy Rain is released.
Some of our/my posts fail, because of some arbitrary reason, but this one gets approved with 50+ reports?
I'd say something along 5€ to 10€ a month, which comes out to 60€ to 120€ a year, because this is what Lovefilm et al want for their service in Germany too.
Yeah... although I am no 360 owner (PS3 + PC are enough for me), I see no need for stuff like Twitter on my console. Well, it already is on PS3 via the webbrowser, and I actually do use Twitter every now and then, but I haven't ever used it on anything other than my PC or Pocket PC.
Same goes for Facebook... I simply don't use it at all. Why would I want something like that on a console?
But, alas, there certainly are people who use these things, so... good for them....
Man, this guy is wicked. Would love to sit down and have a beer with him while talking about game programming.
My order still stands too (bit more, because of VAT and shipping to Germany) at 25pounds... but as of now, I haven't received an email saying otherwise.
Plus, well... their website says "price guarantee". I haven't had Amazon cancel any of my orders yet!
I am 30...
and in my opinion, it's a draw between Sony and Ubisoft. Sony, because they have "the balls" to show us 3 new IPs at one conference, two of which I really care for (Beyond and TLOU). And Ubisoft, because in general, their games have more of my interest (as I am not really an fps player at all).
Nintendo... I missed the first half of the show, as I was playing Yakuza 4 (nice game btw, and a bargain to obtain now). What can I say. I don...
