Not sure about the disagrees. I did have screen tearing on both games. But It may be a TV issues.

I'm not a hugh fan of the sixaxis, but mostly because I think it's a little silly. It works good though with some nice moments.
HV Bowling is a great example. The "controls" are responsive and feel comfortable. I also enjoyed the few moments in Heavenly Sword when you got to use the bow and arrows. Wicked cool.
Not a failure in my book, it just hasn't had the breakout game yet.

I'm not a "fanboy" but I'm a sony owner, my friend has a 360 and I play it quite a bit, but I've notice a bunch of 360 "fanboys" as well. Pretty much read any news story concerning Home or stats figures. It's a mess, filled with all types of "fanboys".
I did enjoy Gears single player campaign and the graphics looked good, but the only thing that annoyed me was it was mostly "mono" color. Or a variety of Browns. I understand they were going for the dirty/end of the world look.
Then again I only got to play about half way though the game.
I saw them last night on their website to download from, but not in PSN.

From what i read it was more of a incentive pay out then guarantee money. So I doubt if they got everything they could have.
I actually had some screen tearing on Uncharted as well. It was a little annoying at times. I hate to say that b/c the graphic and overall quality of the game was amazing.

I really don't think it's all that bad. It's hard to please everyone. The Pain owners are probably happy.

Yeah I was kinda surprised when I stumble upon it on cnn.
I played the demo off PSN and really wasn't impressed. But sometimes demos can be misleading. I played a early demo of Motorstorm at EB and thought the graphics sucked, but it must have been their setup.
Whatever it is, it looks awesome. Great art design. To me some of the photos don't seem to fit Heavenly Sword, but who knows.
The first one was completely underrated. Mostly due to the length of the game.
