If X1 supporters can make it so that they only talk among themselves, nobody else allowed, they can pretend they will be purchasing the most powerful console. I understand.

No energy required, LaChance. The fact that the PS4 > X1 isn't a campaign...it's a fact. Now that the X1 has removed everything about it that is significant, it's just a more expensive but less powerful wannabe PS4.
Let me know when the X1 has sold out across the number of territories that the PS4 did, and I'll be impressed. As it is, Microsoft only had a winning market in the US and UK, so good for them selling out where they should.

How are you getting disagrees? I was planning on playing the game online with my friends --- I wonder what the meaning is behind this?
Because they bring back gaming idealism: if somebody makes a good game, it gets played. No worry about hype, reviews, publishers, DLC, etc, etc. Just good old fashioned gaming.
Sales-wise it won't be close. PS4 will own worldwide this gen.
This doesn't mean that the WiiU or the X1 won't be good consoles in themselves over time. Sony just has too many good things going for them right now all at once and at the right time.

Sounds really sweet but if companies acted like you speak, you wouldn't have the variety of consoles and games that you enjoy. You are sitting back and taking advantage of the benefits of war between two powers, and that's only because you have the money to do so (most folks don't have your money).
Competition is what sparks innovation, and competition is reflected by the fans of the competitors.
