Oh come on guys. These reviews shouldn't sway you if you're truly interested in buying it. Don't slate Sessler, he's a good guy who I respect. I'm buying inFAMOUS with or without great reviews. As for this effecting other's purchasing of this game being effected don't worry about it. You aren't Sony, and don't work for them.
Bubs for well said. I agree. Even though I do see this as mostly a money grab that they could have put into the actual game, the scores for it should be of gameplay, and not length of said experience. It's up to us though to stop stuff like this from happening.
And I was one of em! I mean REALLY. This game was the biggest reason I jumped into the Ps4 so fast a few months ago. I only got it so early because I wanted to get my hands all over remote play and AC4. Can't wait for infamous!
He is so right about how the combat and movement in general just looks so damn kinetic.
If we're being realistic and reasonable there's still no guarantee this'll shine a new light in this, our industry. Whether it be because of price, or appeal to the mainstream of our audience. It may never sell like what I, you, or any of us really want it to sell like. So I can't really blame Ubi for this, or any dev. But it WILL take a maverick company/dev. (e.g. R*) to make a system seller for it to make it mainstream enough to sell like hotcakes.

Hey man, I hear ya but it is our industry we're t talking about.. it's easier to listen to the loud minority than listen to the coherent, reasonable folk who pay for their continued success. As for people like you and me we're just another chink in the chain of good, respectful and genuinely interested in all games. Unfortunately devs have to pander to the weakest link in that chain.
