No, The Legendary edition comes with all DLC, if you just buy TTK, you are forced to buy the other two as TTK won't work without them.

I platinumed JC2, I intend to do the same with JC3, looks amazing to me with the multiple tethers and the tethers contracting, so many possibilities.

Agreed, hopefully these rumours turn out to be false, they would literally be throwing millions away.
I paid £80 total for vanilla and the first two DLC's, wish I hadn't bothered as I could have bought vanilla and all three DLC's for half that.
They basically s*** on the veteran players, yet loads bought it. So thank them when these practices become more prevalent.

They have all departed the company, some under a cloud created by Bungie, so yes, them making anything good is surprising, not saying this is good either as it's not.
