Had to find an image that best suited this story!
It's sad that one massive game announcement overwrote all the (admittedly) rather underwhelming announcements from the MS camp. People are even overlooking the massive unoriginality of many of MS's offerings because they are so focused on a game that is STILL on the PS3 and is STILL being developed first and foremost for the system.
Still sucks that it had to happen this way, though...
Yeah, every time I see a green piece of hardware come out of the MS gaming division, I immediately think of PUKE. Just like the puke green halo 3 edition of the 360.
Netflix chose to back Blu-Ray, which Sony is the biggest proponent of. Then they turn and strike a deal with MS, who champion Digital Distribution.
I guess it makes sense though, considering you can already stream many movies to your Windows-based PC through Windows Media Player 11. The 360 already comes equipped with much of this functionality, so I suppose the team up works out better than I thought it would.
BTW, have fun watching those HD movies in all their com...
Sony really has forsaken its RPG fans this time around...
Hey fanboy, the fun zone is -------------> that way
everyone report this troll, please
Plus, the PS3 version is being developed first, meaning it will be the better version. Besides, anyone who is a fan of this series already knows which console they will be buying it on in the first place.
edit: hey ken, you excited for INFamous? I sure am!
seriously, I don't know why people are continually namedropping this title when NOTHING new has been released on it. We've even passed the E3 Microsoft conference too.
The five stages of grief are:
1-Denial-"this can't be happening to me", looking for the former spouse in familia places, or if it is death, setting the table for the person or acting as if they are still in living there. No crying. Not accepting or even acknowledging the loss.
2-Anger-"why me?", feelings of wanting to fight back or get even with spouse of divorce, for death, anger at the deceased, blaming them for leaving.
3-Bargainin...
I see what you did there... ;-)
I bet this will not sit well in your honor circle!
There are other games coming out. If you buy a system for one game, that's your own damn fault.
GTA hasn't gotten much attention from me since about a week after it released...
Konami would have to re-design aspects of the game to remove things that are Sony related. Like the in-game dualshock that Snake uses, for example.
By the time it would come out, 360 owners would have forgotten about it. But I forgot, it's not so much that they would get to play the game, as the fact that they could rub a lost exclusive in Playstation owners' faces.
Halo Wars? Psssshhhhhhh!
I've grown tired of the whoring out of the FF series through countless sequels (though I'm still also excited for FF XIII due to its unique take on combat), but versus is something that interests me in a good way. Now I hope at the conference they show gameplay footage of the title, so we can see what this is really all about.
BTW, that "other game outside the FF franchise" could be anything, but I just hope it doesn't take too long to develop; we don't want people for...
FF XIII's loss of exclusivity will make a lot of people sell their PS3's, or not even buy one now (I think the latter is more likely). It sucks because there are so many damn good games coming out on the PS3 this year and next year, that it will make the purchase be worth it 5 times over.
I am (and have always been since its announcement) really excited about INFamous, so here's to hope of a release date soon so I know when to expect it. Seriously, this game will fly under the ra...
I bet when MGS 5 is released, people will STILL be talking about MGS 4 coming to the 360...
Really pathetic
