cuphead is a great game....a hard game yes....but NOT a cheap game , when you lose its your fault...not some cheapness of the game..... you have to be sharp, watch for signs, patterns etc.... it gets frustrating but you always come back....
While Driveclub is an outstanding game, Im sorry but the textures and clarity in Forza 7 are leagues above DC , Im not even a graphics whore and I can see the difference here....
FIrst off I said they dont FULLY own the IP, Platinum holds rights to it too, and why would Sega sell the IP and lose any future share to any new games that may come out when they can make a deal to fund what they are doing currently? They make consessions to NIntendo to cover what they invested already, it gets them out of the hole....if Nintendo doesnt step in and and finish funding and pay Platinum what Sega owed them, The game doesnt get released and Sega loses everything they sunk into...
Sega does NOT fully own the IP, It is shared with Platinum in a type of deal as Sega funded the 1st one so they could publish it , during production of the second game Sega had funding pulled on it due to financial problems and Nintendo made a deal to publish the second one exclusively on WiiU and funded the rest and bailed out Sega with Platinum. Yeah....its gamestop, sounds like what they did with the switch, they keep taking the preorders and fill the oldest to newest orders when they receive stock....you may have to wait another month or whatever until they get more, but they will tell you theyre the victim of being shorted by the company.

the used games market is the cause of all this.... games cost money to make , millions of dollars to make.....every time you buy a used game from gamestop etc, the only one who makes money is gamestop.......the developer that worked 3-5 yrs on the game gets nothing from that sale, the publisher that funded and produced that game gets $0 for every used copy sold and resold.... thats revenue lost that the publisher can put toward a sequel or a project from another developer that is trying to ...
