It obviously works for most people since I've been watching XB1TF streams on my Note 2. But that's little use to me when it's not working on my box!

It has nothing to do with internet connection. I have the exact same issue and tried the same solutions apart from calling up X box or twitch support.
Maybe it has something to do with the patch in the UK? The guy sounds English and I'm also based in the UK.
Same here. First I couldn't get twitch to broadcast and now the xbox won't sign me in at all! I'm in the UK too. I wonder if the US is affected since I'm still watching XB1TF streams on my android.
