That's true. How often are titles that are on a Nintendo System or Nintendo exclusive considered or possibly even winning GOTY. Yeah, part of that is because we live in an entitlement culture and gaming reflects the attitudes of people. The focus needs to be on the core gamers. They are the ones that buy games on a routine basis, so most of the focus needs to go to them. The problem with the Wii wasn't that it didn't have good titles, but rather they didn't have enough of them. If Nintendo needs to have 2 to 3 games for the casual and non gaming crowd a year, fine. As a Steam user and primarily a PC gamer, I haven't been that drastically affected by the outage (although I would like to play MK online to see if I am a decent player or if I suck beyond all measure of correction). My answer to this is maybe? Obviously the folks who just play for free, I don't think they should be reimbursed. It depends if they truly want to make it a sit in or just plan a protest. I'm not a lawyer, but trespassing, loitering, disorderly conduct could be placed against the protesters.
