I seen somewhere, If BD takes the market by 80% worldwide Paramount/Dreamworks can back out of the 1 year deal they have with HD-DVD... its 64% in US, 84% in EU and 97% in Asia... let me do some research... It was also rumored that Toshiba was gonna call it quits in 2006 and mid 2007 without MS help...

Blu Ray has all of Disney (thats a BIG DEAL) Fox (also a BIG DEAL) BDA will release their first Porno flick (Debbie does Dallas) and are signning numerous other XXX movie companies. (billions a year) Warner is on the brink of going to BD. Universal has been HDDVD from the start. Also Paramount/Dreamworks can back out of the year long deal if BD takes up 80% of the market WORLDWIDE... 65%-US, 80%-EU and 97.5% Japan... thats happening ...

Disney can still develope a 3 layer HD DVD, Even if HD DVD loses the war, the format will still be installed on microsoft computer hardware. NPD has trouble tracking online sales, AND they only take stats from selected companys... not there fault its a hard job... They are sorta like the VG charts but with way more sources... They claim they take global readings... and they sorta do. but from select retailers and mainly in the US. (Like VG charts) Look at the VG charts, even if they are off by 10,000 a week. do some math from week ending nov 3 to nov 25 in US, EU and Japan... It puts PS3 alone at around 700k. BUT the charts havent...
