I thought Arkham Origins was horrible but I'd still be interested to see what WB Montreal do with the Arkham series after Knight.

Well yeah if anything the lack of reality in regards to the violence is a good thing if it was realistic all those news reports on violent video games being linked to violent crimes would actually have some validity.
Seeing how graphically powerful the game is and considering the low amount of power the Switch has this is a no brainer.

Because it's risky your never guaranteed a success with a new IP as opposed to a sequel. That being said it would be cool if devs and publishers took more chances and give us new and unique games.
