I disagree trying to become realistic is the problem it needs to be more batshit insane like Bayonetta and Metal Gear Rising, the only problem with the combat in Nier was it’s lack of difficulty in comparison to previous PG games.

They’re very different games though, Vermintide is a Left 4 Dead clone whilst DOOM is an SP fast paced gore fest.
