NullDC should run the Dreamcast versions of these games fine. On a decent rig.
Project 64 is not really dead. Been using the 1.7 beta for some time now. It should release eventually. Problem is that most those devs have real lives so they only dedicate their spare time on the projects. You're right about NESticle, been looking for a good alternative tbh.
For Mame it really depends on the unit. For now Mame doesn't have good support for a lot of Sega systems although they added the Naomi finally but the framerate is still horrible. In general Mame is the best though, in 3D units is where it fails.
Ok from a quick inspection of the list.
You are missing:
NullDC for Dreamcast and Naomi arcade units.
Mame for general arcades
Dolphin for Wii. Gamecube and the Nintedo/Sega/Namco Triforce arcade unit.
PCSX2 best for PS2.
Tons of other platforms. Your picks are pretty much justified otherwise though.

No it actually makes sense. Just think about it this way:
If the weapon is a rifle to aim upwards your head and your gun is tilted towards you. Same goes with a handgun. As you aim up your weapon points in the same direction as you look at it with an inverted arrangement of the stick. Inverting the X-axis on the other hand doesn't make sense imo because you don't use the X-axis to tilt your gun but to turn where it is more logical to think. Right = turn right etc.

Same. I've actually been in a debate on this issue with a friend. If you think about it you puull the gun down with your trigger hand to point up n real life so it does make sense. Same as in a planethe back of the plan move down for the nose to go up. Also gave him the example on the article to explain it better. He still thinks i'm weird xD

This. So much fail on this list. Using Celebrity status and System seller multipliers is also retarded. Just because a developer is not that famous because he chooses not to be media whore that shouldn't influence his value as a developer. Also if he doesn't make exclusives because he wants his game to be enjoyed by the largest audience possible that also should not be counted. Only entry i agree with is Miyamoto.

Seriously you know a game looks good when people are having difficulty telling it's a game. Just for the fact it's a porche i have to say it's real. I does have that "over-perfection" CG look to it though.

Really underrated console the Gamecube was. Some really great tittles on it. Had a great controller too, Best triggers i have seen in a controller. This game interests me. Might as well buy it.
