Achievements should be separate (online/offline) as well hence the A.I online is better, making the offline users getting an easier game.
Oh yea and then offline players get 10-20% reduction in graphics quality.

I know because I own a PC and my friend allways has the games on his PC before I can even buy it on STEAM. Bioshock infinite for example he was half way through before the game was even released. So I know he would get GTA 5 before me as well. He wants it on PC to "get it for free, why pay"

I don't Play call of duty, nor do I play online, I'm more into RPG's. The only time I "play online" is when my friends come over and want to use my 360. I am also not the type to fall for "Phishing" scams. I'm 30 years old so I'm not that dumb lol
