Even with a reboot or going back to what made RE4 so great, I don't think RE is relevant anymore. What happened to RE is what happened to FF, believing that it was the best and nothing could challenge it, then WRPG came along and now FF is not as big as it was.

I think he was referring to the gaming side of Sony's business. If you take all of sony's business(ie: television, movies, and gaming)yeah, they're profitable, but if you take the gaming part, it's a different story.

Ea won't lose, but aside from BF3 what is going to draw pc gamers toward Orgin, the nearest game is ME3 and that's months away. Also EA hasn't really show the pc love, so what incentive does anyone really have to continue to use orgin. NONE

a force in indie gaming, who knows what will happen if they decide to move toward the $20 million dollar type console game. They might end up like alot of the developers closing.

I think it is, part of the appeal of online for consoles is that everything is level, controller, dated hardware(sorry about that,it's the pc gamer in me), and graphics. If you start introducing stuff like modded controller, then that offsets the balance of the game, breaking it for people who just want to have fun
