the ps3 well be out 3 or 4 years after the 360. maybe longer. now let me also say that i absolutely believe the ps3 well over take the 360 before the new xbox is released so it doesn't matter anyways.

well I think it's reasonable if not necessary to take into account the fact that it WAS a launch title. and as far as launch titles go. it was pretty good. the single player was pretty good. and there still isn't a multi player doing 40 people.

i neglected the sh1t out of my launch day ps2. it's lived in 4 different states with me. i can't count how many times me and my drunk buddys walked through the controller cords while someone was playing and pulled the thing off the shelf. 2 years ago i even did a case mod to it so i could play burnt games. and the thing still wont die.
you know whats weird. i got my ps2 the day it came out. and never had a problem. and ALL of my friends had ps2s and none of them had a problem. i actually never even heard of the "dredded dre" problem until you 360 kids started talking about it. my launch ps2 still works. my brother in law has it and plays rock band on it every night. it's even been modded and it still works.
i never had to turn my ps1 over either.
the only thing i ever had to do to a cons...
actually it would suck to be a 360 owner if sony were pricks and made these games come out with trophies. because then they would have to delay the game to add them. see sony told us months ago that they weren't going to make these developers who were nearly done with their games put trophy support in them.
but starting in 09 i think. all games would have to have them.
so you 360 crowd should be thankful sony aren't a bunch of pricks.
