Rockstar already said they're only doing Xbox 360 and PS3 AT THE MOMENT, you can't expect them to say that they're doing a PC port. It wasn't planned because they wanted to do consoles first. They did say however they might do it in the future. Almost all of the titles they made were in PC also EXCEPT FOR RDR.

I've commented on GTA V articles for a while now, it shows how much I love Rockstar Games.
I really do, in fact I hope I become part of them also.
At least they know what to do with their franchises.
Even if I want equality on all of them, I still hope that the consoles will still be able to pump the power.
I can say that Rockstar Games is my favorite developer, they try not to make a inevitable technical achievement, but instead listen to it's fans for feedback on improving it's games.
I hate it when Microsoft does this, even if it's a minor thing.

Old games didn't have multiplayer like they have now. Some coop,
But mostly it was story-oriented and gameplay.
I would still play it.
