Considering its a list about the CHARACTERS, i will say this
Mario? no no no. No background story, no personality, no nothing. I love the mario games, but he has zero personality
Samus? again, nothing to her. Great games, no personality
The list is just bad. Its mainly focussing on characters in great games than characters who actually have character.
