Ya kinda think that one of the most beloved 32-bit RPGs would garner more attention.
I think that it's interesting to consider this though, it seems like some games are pushing role playing elements and shoe-horning them in when they seem rather irrelevant.
And there is an explicit difference between an RPG and an FPS, but they want to try and blur the lines. Sometimes games get to the point where a FPS rewards players for grinding as opposed to skill and that's where the problem comes from.
Yea, I can't really tell what this game will be like. I'm hoping that the game has a separate co-op campaign, which would make it feel like a bit more complete product.
Also it seems like there are some really interesting things that could be done with two players throughout the game if they get a bit creative.
Oh please video game gods, bring this to the US!
I feel like Zynga is trying to go to war with my efficiency at work.
That's going to be huge for the handheld market, I gotta say I like what Nintendo is doing.
It's a demo, just the first level. No need to worry you can still plop down 60$ at a brick and mortar store for a piece of plastic.
Edit: Which is what I'm going to do, unless I buy it on Amazon.
I NEED THIS RIGHT NOW!
It's specifically for the 20th anniversary. And also by limiting some releases, companies believe that more news/hype will be generated.
Personally though I wouldn't do such a short run. I'd at least let it go for a month to a month and a half.
I can't wait either, Sonic was my very first video game back when I was a wee lad.
Do want, beta keys are so nice!
There is a joke in here somewhere. I just have a tinkling feeling.
The game looks absolutely amazing. I was playing it on a standard definition TV, and I can't wait to try it out in 1080p.
The whole Geno thing is that I bet he will either be a trophy or related to an item in the game. The issue is that very few people outside of hardcore Nintendo fans recognize Geno. Square and Nintendo both realize that those fans will already buy the game, with Geno or without.
So if Square Enix is to include a character it would most likely be either KH: Cloud or Sora.
I'm not sure really if Microsoft really fumbled on this opportunity. The bigger issue is that the industry just took a step forward and they are now lagging behind.
The catch-up from this E3 will be interesting. I bet next years will have quite a few big announcements.
This is really about third party characters, and Namco owns the game rights to DBZ. Cloud seems somewhat likely since he fits into the same tone as some of the Fire Emblem games. Although it is unlikely in reality that more than one or two of these characters would be in the game.
Nothing puts a smile on my face like some bad puns!
Looking at the picture, I just can't really believe that I've been a big DoA fan sometimes.
One of the guys I worked with would yell at me till I pre-ordered this. He friggen loved Demon's Souls game.
Dota 2 coming out earlier? Count me in!
