I never played it but the recent buzz around Mad Max has piqued my interest. Will check it out this year for sure
@Scissorman
Your point is valid enough but when the icon of this company is limited to one console in timed-exclusivity, it means the company has crossed the line. By some degree at least
All things aside, Square itself stated "aggressive multiplatform strategies" so we all know what it's talking about
SE needs to go all in optimization. Broken PC ports won't help its case, especially with big releases like mainline Final Fantasy
@Shiore2u
Can't say I disagree kek
But hey, it's Assassin's Creed in Japan so maybe we can make an exception here? :x
Or I could look at Ghost of Tsushima but it doesn't take place in the Sengoku and post-Nobunaga era
Ethical hacking exists, so should ethical piracy
Ubisoft games should be first and foremost on this list.
disheartening to see no regard for the human cost of business anymore
the bad decisions and judgements of these CEOs severely impact the frontliners
these fake responses are just salt on wounds
You can't grow without games that sell
Make good games.
Acquisitions upon acquisitions with no results followed by services and subscriptions can only take you so far.
Bad decisions galore. Expenditure seems to be infinitesimally high with little to no boost in gains.
Two paths now exist in front of it and this company needs to wholeheartedly commit to ONE.
And that was the thing which should have stuck all this time
Unfortunately, Xbox died after 360
Not to mention the advent of Pay for Online and Gamepass. Truly the death of gaming
Final Fantasy 14 takes that one imho
Well, FF14 itself has some pretty awful chat censoring so Xbox being in the same boat isn't too farfetched
Strictly talking about the Megami Tensei series
Given that SMT5 is going multiplatform this June, my prediction is that all future Atlus SMT titles will get a multiplatform release. Can't say for sure if titles like SMTIV/IV: Final will get an updated release or something but the future of SMT seems very likely to NOT be exclusive to Nintendo hardware.
It reminds me of how tiring it was to hear "I am Malenia, Blade of Miquella" over and over again but then again, it was a skippable cutscene
Big agree though. The dialogue should be a first try thing
