They don't release it in a particular part of the world because it's not ready for that part of the world yet. It's your fault if you fight that.

Canceled old pre order... pre ordered this. The fact that it's the 3G model with the 8 gig memory card alone makes it worth the price. The free game is just icing on the cake :p
Disappointing, though for their small developer studio I understand why they wouldn't want to cause problems.
Not only this, but facebook isn't popular in Japan so why should they release the app before the US launch? They've already stated that the apps will be ready on launch day for the US.
