During fights, the camera is always aerial. It's never the same as the camera in the trailer for the combat for this game.
Piracy can happen on any console. Xbox 360's and PS3's as well. It's not only PC.
Half of the naruto youtubers who record this game early on their xboxes are pirates.
Not sure how the Storm 3 PC sales did but if they are good then I can see this coming to the PC a couple months after the console releases.
