Same problem here. And every time I disable 3D it restarts and sometimes the resolution is blown up and I have to turn my TV off and back on again to fix it.
But this is a minor problem compared to the million other unplayable probs in that game.
I wonder what MS's stand would be if HD-DVD had won the format war :)

As for the PS3 it still doesn't beat UC1 or KZ2 so forget comparing it to KZ3!!!!

So if xbox 720 uses BluRay then I guess it's a win win for Sony.
Or else 720 can still stick with DVD and release the game with more colors (Gears1 --> Gears 2) and fool the general public into thinking its a great leap in graphics!!!
