because if they created trophies it would probably come with the 2.4 patch aka in-game xmb. It would just coincide but the developer would have to integrate it into the xmb... so...

I dont really think its fair to call a new franchise that was released multiplatform on its FIRST iteration as an exclusive of anything. In fact, its the complete opposite. Even if AC was stated at some point to be a sony exclusive the fact of the matter is that it was released multiplatform.
As for the GTA and VF they were PS exclusives and now are not. So yeah...
In my opinion MS probably paid 50 million to out bid Sony's exclusivity offer. For such a high price they demanded some DLC exclusive to the 360, hence the 50 million dollars.
MS isnt stupid and paying 50 million for DLC is stupid and unneeded. I know its not the strongest argument in the world but it makes sence
custom soundtracks would be sweet about now... maybe they allow you to access your stored music?
